I have often had problems with the kinds of rewards companies give out to acknowledge their employees' hard work. T-shirts, hats, plaques, pizza parties ... what's the point? If you love me, give me a bonus and a big fat raise, that's what I say. However, there is one thing that has stuck with me as the most wonderful, meaningless reward ever ... the Top Bug Tuna Can.
