Below is one of my favorite chicken recipes ever from Sampling the Cuisine of India, a very good beginner's guide to cooking Indian food I recieved as a wedding present. I tend to omit the evap milk and cut corners on the "coat chicken with paste" bit (it all tends to fall off anyway), but it is just extremely tasty!

Keeping with the article "Eat less" and its criticism of "nutritionism," I think this article about what kind of work it really takes to improve people's health was very interesting.
